Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in IT support and leadership.
• Proven experience leading end-user support operations.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional L2 support operations across APAC.
• Drive accountability against SLAs and user experience metrics.
• Support the technology needs of regional VIP users.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Windows 11 and macOS

Mobile device support expertise across iOS and Android

Strong understanding of endpoint security

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science

ITIL, Microsoft, Apple certifications preferred
