Qualifikationen

• 12 years of experience in IT support, Digital Workplace, or Service Management with leadership experience.
• Experience leading regional end-user support operations within enterprise environments.
• Proven track record driving automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers or managed service operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional L2 end-user support operations across APAC, ensuring effective resolution management and SLAs.
• Own regional workplace technology operations including endpoint lifecycle management and onboarding/offboarding services.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service responsiveness.
• Manage vendor performance and governance with external providers and internal teams.
• Lead global process governance and drive continuous improvement across APAC offices.
• Support VIP and executive technology needs and coordinate with global teams.
