Job summary

Agilent Technologies seeks a seasoned APAC OpenLab Sync Solution Deployment & Engineering (SDE) leader to drive regional service delivery, solution deployments, and customer success across Asia Pacific. You will coach teams, forge partnerships, manage budgets, and advance continuous improvement while upholding security, quality, and policy compliance.

Required: 8+ years in software deployment/informatics and 3+ years of people leadership with dispersed teams; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

8+ years in software deployment, professional services, informatics, laboratory systems, or technical consulting.
3+ years leading geographically dispersed teams and driving employee development.
Proven experience delivering customer-facing services with accountability for outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC service delivery operations for OpenLab Sync; ensure successful deployment and customer outcomes.
Build strong customer and cross-functional partnerships to drive revenue growth and satisfaction.
Coach and develop employees to strengthen technical capabilities and leadership pipelines.
Ensure compliance with SDE processes, quality, security, and company policies.
Execute regional/global initiatives by aligning resources and priorities.
