Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the APAC & EMEA Cards team from Singapore. You will partner with product, design and QA to shape our card payments roadmap and drive cross-regional delivery.

You will coach engineers, scale the organization, and improve reliability, performance and security across multiple time zones.

This role requires a mix of technical depth, people leadership and strategic influence across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer science or an equivalent technical field.
• 3+ years of engineering management and 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to define and drive complex initiatives to completion.

• Co-author the card payments strategy for Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.
• Develop engineers on the team and support their career growth.
