Job summary

DRW seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to expand its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) investment strategy across the APAC region. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role with risk-taking responsibilities and a focus on building and strengthening key market relationships while coordinating with the global ECM team.

The role requires leadership in live ECM deal interactions, market soundings, and aftermarket opportunities, working across internal and external stakeholders to grow DRW’s APAC

Qualifications

• Experience in equity capital markets (ECM) and APAC region preferred.
• Proven ability to manage live ECM deal interactions and market soundings.
• Strong relationship development with sponsors, equity advisors, corporates and state entities.

Responsibilities

• Help position DRW as a top-tier ECM investor in the APAC region.
• Establish and deepen key stakeholder relationships with sponsors, equity advisors, corporates, state entities, and others.
• Manage day-to-day ECM core operations.
• Maintain regular engagement with equity syndicate desks across the region.
• Lead live deal engagement and market sounding procedures.
• Monitor, evaluate, and decide on deal participation within the ECM Core strategy mandate.
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute on aftermarket opportunities.
• Expand non-standard transaction activity (bilateral trades, club deals, and other bespoke ECM transactions).
