Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Asset Servicing specialist to manage APAC equity and fixed income corporate actions, entitlements, and event creation across proprietary systems.

You will support trading desks, brokers, and custodians while ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of cash and stock balances. The role requires strong organization, teamwork, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of a broker-dealer environment and key market risks.
• Experience of Asset Servicing in APAC markets.
• Superior organization skills for day-to-day and project work.
• Ability to think logically and proactively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Capacity to work in a high-risk environment with tight deadlines and targets.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Distribute entitlements from APAC equity and fixed income corporate actions.
• Create Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems.
• Support internal trading desks, prime brokers, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers.
• Reconcile cash and stock balances.
• Interpret information from custodians and self-clear markets using SWIFT standards.
• Deliver accurate work under time pressure.
