Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist to lead APAC online launches and programs. You will shape flagship product launches, optimize customer journeys, and translate data into bold, memorable shopping experiences across screens and channels.

Collaborate with worldwide and regional teams to ensure local relevance, analytics-driven improvements, and frictionless customer journeys.

Qualifications

7+ years of digital merchandising, digital commerce or related experience.
Strong data-driven decision making to improve UX and conversion.
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation abilities.
Deep knowledge of regional retail trends and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

Develop merchandising strategies, briefs and plans for launches with global and regional teams.
Collaborate across functions to ensure local relevance in navigation, content and performance.
Partner with Analytics to derive insights and translate into actions.
Improve the customer journey across the brand's digital ecosystem.
Participate in regular cross-timezone meetings with US and EMEIA teams.
