Job summary

Medtronic in Singapore is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager, APAC, to lead the regional eCommerce strategy for the Diabetes business. You will launch and expand Medtronic e-shops, partner with country and regional teams to accelerate growth, and drive performance across APAC markets.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in digital commerce, and the ability to work across marketing, sales, regulatory, and supply chain. Flex/onsite model in Singapore with travel across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in eCommerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel leadership.
• Experience developing/ executing eCommerce strategies across markets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the regional eCommerce vision and growth roadmap.
• Align digital commerce strategy with business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across APAC markets.
• Oversee DTC websites and major marketplaces.
