Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• Solid experience in trading documentation within APAC.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines across regions.

• Negotiate and deliver global capital markets agreements across trading products.
• Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and related docs.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Regulatory and other internal teams.
