Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking an experienced Group Chief Data & Analytics Officer for a leading regional financial institution in Singapore. The role focuses on defining the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, strengthening foundational capabilities, and accelerating AI adoption across the Group.

You will work with the Group CEO and senior leadership to shape the organisation's data-driven operating model and governance, balancing centralisation with business embedding.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience across Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Data & Analytics in regulated or high-growth environments.
• Strong Board/ExCo presence with ability to influence across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group-wide Data & Analytics strategy and operating model, spanning Data, Analytics, AI, Data Platforms and enterprise data transformation.
• Partner with the Group CEO, Board and senior leaders to align priorities and translate strategy into scalable, measurable solutions.
