Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a senior client-service leader to head APAC client service across Asia excluding Japan and Korea, based in Singapore or Hong Kong. You will design client coverage, govern key accounts, and lead a team of market and strategic account leaders to deliver sustained client value.

You will partner with Operations, Product and Technology to convert insights into lasting improvements, while shaping governance and regional strategy for Asset Owner clients across APAC.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in institutional client service or relationship management.
• Track record of leading significant client matters and building senior-client confidence.
• Knowledge of custody, fund accounting, tax, cash and securities servicing.
• Asset Owner experience across multi-custodian environments with government-affiliated institutions.
• Ability to influence beyond reporting line across markets and time zones.
• Confident senior communication and the judgment to turn client and service insight into action.
• Ability to operate with pace, autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service across APAC markets excluding Japan and Korea.
• Design coverage for significant clients: match senior capability to value.
• Coordinate across Operations, Product and Technology to translate insight into improvements.
• Build regional Asset Owner insights and set service standards.
• Develop market and strategic account leads into senior-client partners.
• Represent regional client priorities in global forums and sponsor strategic accounts.
• Shape the follow-the-sun delivery model for clients in Asian time zones.
