Aven Hospitality is seeking a senior Deal Desk and Commercial Finance professional to support APAC operations. You will analyze pricing proposals, govern deal terms, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to improve proposal quality.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, experience in SaaS or hospitality tech, and the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in Deal Desk or related analytics role.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to present executive-ready materials.
• Ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Deal Desk review and governance.
• Develop pricing recommendations for new business and renewals.
• Build ROI models and assess margins and forecasts.
• Track KPI metrics for deal quality and pricing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product and executives.
