Job summary

Semrush is seeking an entry-level Deal Desk Specialist to support the Deal Desk team with processing sales deals, ensuring policy compliance, and providing administrative help to streamline deal flow.

You will work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to gain hands-on experience in deal management while contributing to the sales organization’s success. This is an ideal role for someone starting in SaaS operations who wants to grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations or similar role within a SaaS or tech company.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad) and CPQ tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal Support and Processing: Assist in the processing of sales requests and ensuring accurate data documentation.
• Quote and Contract Assistance: Support the generation of sales quotes using CPQ tools under supervision.
• Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate between sales, finance and legal teams.
• Process Compliance and Documentation: Maintain organized deal files and document processes.
• System and Tool Support: Use CRM (Salesforce) and CPQ tools and keep data accurate.
