JLL Asia Pacific Equity Advisory in Singapore seeks a Senior Director, Data Centre advisory, to originate and execute M&A and capital-raising mandates for data centre owners, operators, hyperscalers, REITs and investors. You will work with regional teams across APAC and globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment banking or advisory.
• Strong track record in large-cap data centre, real estate, or M&A transactions.
• Experience across APAC, North America, or EMEA markets.
• Deep understanding of real estate investment structures and deal mechanics.
• Established network with institutional investors and data centre operators in Asia.
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Real Estate; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate data centre platform trades and assist IPOs or take-private deals.
• Lead execution on large-cap data centre transactions from mandate to close.
• Manage client and investor communications throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Oversee creation of investment memoranda, proposals, pitchbooks.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across jurisdictions.
• Supervise financial modelling and valuation analyses to international standards.
