Job summary

Digital Realty is expanding its APAC Acquisitions & Investment Team in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing data center investments, including market screening, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution, in close collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.

You will lead or support end‑to‑end processes, develop investment recommendations, and present to the investment committee.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for evaluating acquisition opportunities.
• Ability to develop investment recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating due diligence with legal, tax, finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end‑to‑end evaluation of acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct rigorous financial analysis including valuation and scenario modeling.
• Manage due diligence workstreams across cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare and review investment committee materials with clarity.
