Job summary

Microsoft Operations Pte Ltd, within Cloud Operations + Innovation, seeks a Scheduling Program Manager to lead integrated master schedules for global data center delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years in program management, process management or process improvement.
• Proficient with Oracle P6 or similar scheduling platform (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of planning and development of the integrated master schedule for major projects.
• Oversee portfolio and program level schedules from inception to completion.
• Develop schedule mitigation strategies and report on schedule risks to management.
• Coordinate with segments to align the execution system with processes and goals.
• Establish standard detailed project delivery schedule templates with milestones.
• Monitor health, risks, and progress of the schedule across the portfolio.
• Advise management on status, critical needs, and delivery dates.
