Job summary

Google in Singapore is seeking a Data Center Operations Business Program Manager to oversee daily facilities operations, budgets, procurement, and vendor agreements across APAC. You will coordinate non-critical infrastructure projects, align with site teams, and drive operational excellence.

You will manage invoices, purchase orders, and KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help implement AI-enabled tools to improve performance while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of vendor management experience.
• Experience in accounting and managing AP/AR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Work for facility operations agreements.
• Obtain vendor price quotes, negotiate, prepare POs, review invoices.
• Manage facilities OPEX and CAPEX budgets and forecasting.
• Coordinate with support service vendors to resolve conflicts under the facility manager.
• Act as the point of contact for small to medium projects as assigned by the facility manager.
