Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL knowledge
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage key high-visibility executive programs to drive business outcomes
• Drive weekly executive budget meetings with timely funds
• Leverage internal AI/tools to streamline processes across functional teams
• Own reporting of key metrics including simulations and headcount inputs
• Deep dive into data trends and provide recommendations based on analysis
