Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead the Workplace Operations team across APAC. You will ensure compliance with technical standards and manage data centre and office tenancy infrastructure, while coordinating with regional and global teams on energy, safety and efficiency initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and 1–3 years of engineering management experience, with preference for Data Centre exposure in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering management experience.
• Thorough understanding of Data Center building services design and Data Center engineering management.
• Experience working in Asia Pacific desired, specifically North Asia.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and quarterly reporting on colocation and corporate real estate Data Centre metrics and operations.
• Track energy saving initiatives across the portfolio per SMP.
• Collaborate with sub-regional teams on engineering initiatives and governance.
• Support change management submissions and QA reviews.
• Review maintenance reports for performance issues and compliance.
