Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Documentation & Knowledge Management Specialist for the APAC region in Singapore. You will support the DCKM APAC Readiness Program, oversee document control across engineering and construction projects, and drive readiness operations to ensure compliance and quality.

You will collaborate with TPMs, PDI, and cross-functional teams to maintain metadata standards, perform audits, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, project management, document control, or knowledge management.
Experience with EDMS such as AODocs/SharePoint/Autodesk Construction Cloud/Procore or equivalent.
Strong understanding of document control, metadata management, and taxonomy structures.
Experience developing process documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials.

Responsibilities

Assist the APAC Readiness Program through document control, knowledge management, and readiness operations.
Manage and maintain engineering, construction, and readiness documentation across project lifecycles.
Serve as primary contact for document readiness, control, and knowledge management in APAC projects.
Collaborate with TPMs, PDI teams, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy.
Facilitate PIL reviews, track action items, and close documentation gaps.
