Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Knowledge Management professional to support the APAC Readiness Program. You will manage document control, metadata, and readiness governance across large engineering and construction projects.

In this role you will collaborate with TPMs, PDI, and cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy, PIL reviews, and timely closure of gaps, while migrating legacy docs into EDMS and maintaining dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, project management, document control, knowledge management, or related areas.
• Experience supporting large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects.
• Strong understanding of document control principles, metadata management, records management, and taxonomy structures.
• Experience with EDMS such as AODocs, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Center Knowledge Management APAC Readiness Program through effective document control, knowledge management, and readiness operations.
• Manage and maintain engineering, construction, and readiness documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
• Act as the primary contact for document readiness, document control, and knowledge management across APAC projects.
• Collaborate with TPMs, PDI teams, Engineering, Construction, and stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate PIL reviews, track action items, and close documentation gaps in a timely manner.
• Support migration of documents from legacy repositories into approved EDMS.
• Maintain metadata standards, taxonomy, folder structures, and document quality across projects.
• Audit and reconcile dashboards and reporting repositories for accuracy.
• Develop training materials, process docs, and user guides for DCKM adoption.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive process enhancements.
