Job summary

GLEAVE PARTNERSHIP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Knowledge Management and Document Control specialist to support the DCKM APAC Readiness program in Singapore.

You will ensure integrity, quality, and readiness of engineering and construction documentation across the APAC region. You will implement taxonomy and metadata standards, maintain EDMS processes (AODocs or equivalent), migrate documents, and provide end-user support to product development teams, TPMs, and stakeholders to sustain project

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/engineering project management with document control proficiency.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as AODocs or equivalent."
• Strong verbal and written communication, facilitating technical reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Knowledge Management and Document Control support for the DCKM APAC Readiness program.
• Ensure integrity, quality, compliance, and readiness of engineering and construction documentation across APAC.
