Job summary

Phaidon International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Director (APAC) to lead growth in data center cooling solutions across the region. The role focuses on driving revenue, building executive relationships, and shaping the commercial strategy for hyperscalers, colocation providers and OEMs.

The candidate will manage a regional team, collaborate with global counterparts, and travel regionally to capture opportunities and expand market share within the APAC data center ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in sales/business development within the data center industry.
• Strong network across hyperscalers, OEMs, integrators, and consultants.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and cooling technologies.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth in APAC.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute APAC growth strategy for data center cooling solutions.
• Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation players, OEMs, and integrators.
• Build and manage senior client relationships across the data center ecosystem.
• Identify and influence key stakeholders in the specification and procurement process.
• Track industry trends (immersion cooling, direct-to-chip) and translate into commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to capture new opportunities and expand market share.
• Lead and grow a regional team.
