• Lead the commercial strategy, sales growth, and profitability across APAC & Oceania.
• Drive revenue expansion, margin performance, and market share growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and identify new opportunities.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of six direct reports.
• Establish annual sales targets and profitability objectives for countries and segments.
• Drive pricing strategy, value selling, and CRM discipline.
