Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise data platforms for Commercial Banking, AML, and Financial Crime across APAC. You will design cloud-based data lakehouse solutions and oversee end-to-end data architecture across multiple markets, with limited travel across APAC.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in data architecture, strong AML/Financial Crime domain expertise, and a track record of delivering large-scale data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data.
• Strong Commercial/Corporate Banking and AML/Financial Crime experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-stream data programs.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse technologies, cloud platforms, data modelling, ETL/ELT, streaming, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Data Architect – Commercial Banking / AML (APAC)

We are seeking an experiencedData Architecttolead the design and delivery of enterprise data platforms forCommercial/CorporateBanking, AML, and Financial Crimeacross APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-basedData Lakehousesolutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Lead end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, modelling, analytics, governance, and security.
• Drive greenfield data platform builds from design through production.
• Oversee data engineering, pipelines, orchestration, quality, metadata, and lineage.
• Support AML monitoring, regulatory reporting, BI, and AI/ML use cases.
• Establish data governance, standards, and operating models.
• Work with business, technology, and regional stakeholders across APAC.
• Contribute to cloud, integration, IAM, networking, and security architecture.
• Regional exposure across Thailand, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, India, and the Philippines; limited travel required.

Ideal Candidate
