Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, build, and governance of enterprise data platforms across APAC banking clients, with a strong focus on AML, financial crime, and regulatory data.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from greenfield builds to production, across multiple markets. The role requires hands-on architecture, data lakehouse design on AWS/Azure/GCP, and collaboration across analytics, governance, and engineering teams to enable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture or related roles.
• Strong exposure to banking data domains and AML data.
• Experience delivering multi-stream data programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of enterprise data platforms.
• Architect end-to-end data ecosystems including ingestion, storage, and analytics.
• Drive data standards, blueprints, and reference architectures across regions.
• Oversee data engineering streams, pipelines, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to support BI, AML monitoring, and regulatory use cases.
