Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks a Tech Risk Engagement Lead to steer APAC regulatory engagements and oversee cybersecurity and technology controls within a leading global bank.

You will independently lead the full lifecycle of regulatory interactions, collaborate with risk, IT and business teams, and provide senior management with actionable insights to strengthen risk governance and control maturity—exploring innovative approaches, including AI, to uplift compliance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in technology/cybersecurity risk and control management with regulatory focus in financial services.
• Experience leading teams in a tech risk/regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagement activities, including inspections and audits, ensuring timely, accurate regulatory responses.
• Identify, assess and manage cybersecurity risks within the 1LOD framework, ensuring prompt escalation and feasible remediation.
• Collaborate with global 1LOD risk and control functions to conduct risk reviews and ensure APAC regulatory compliance.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the 1LOD regulatory, risk and control framework at scale.
• Prepare and deliver risk reports and governance materials for senior management forums.
• Lead transformation opportunities in regulatory engagement and control management including AI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on APAC Cybersecurity and Technology regulations for senior management and global colleagues.
