Job summary

The Body Shop is seeking an APAC Customer Care Executive on a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will manage wholesale orders, serve as the primary contact for market supply queries, and build strong relationships with markets and internal teams to ensure timely processing and despatch.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, Excel analytics, and KPI-driven service levels. Experience in customer care within a supply chain or retail environment is preferred, along with English fluency and SAP S4

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in a customer care position in a supply chain or retail environment.
Fluent in English; strong communication with markets and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of order management processes / supply chain concepts.
Advanced Excel knowledge and data accuracy for reporting.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for market supply queries and manage wholesale orders.
Build and maintain relationships with markets and internal stakeholders to meet requirements.
Monitor orders from processing through despatch; address discrepancies and delays.
Resolve post-despatch issues, QC claims, and shipment discrepancies; log settlements.
Drive service levels to meet KPIs and improve order fulfilment across markets.
