Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in HR with exposure to culture, OD, change management or transformation.
• Delivery of culture or change initiatives in multi-country settings.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder skills.

• Drive One Company culture across APAC with local relevance.
• Partner with Global Culture & Change, APAC HRBPs and leaders.
• Design and facilitate culture and leadership workshops.
