Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Credit Control expert for the APAC region in Singapore. You will own end-to-end credit control and billing processes, analyse group debtors, and prepare monthly performance reports for the COO and Executive Leadership.

You will build strong relationships with the GSC and wider finance teams, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the transformation of the global credit control and billing function while collaborating with senior stakeholders across Cork,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a credit controller.
• High level of technical competency and excellent attention to detail.
• Takes full ownership of own responsibilities and remains delivery focused.
• Ability to deliver outputs to scheduled timelines.
• Ability to review outputs for accuracy.
• Proactive problem solving with a commercially minded approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Collaborates well with the wider finance team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for APAC credit control and billing end-to-end.
• Prepare analysis reports on group debtors to identify and solve issues.
• Prepare monthly reports for COO and Executive Leadership to track metrics (DSO, ageing, outstanding POs, credits).
• Review and provide feedback on client contracts to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Build strong relationships with peers and the GSC team for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to forums to promote the credit control and billing brand within the finance function.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.
