Qualifications

• Significant experience in Measurement or Analytics.
• Experience leading regional teams across APAC.
• Strong knowledge of attribution, MMM, and experiments.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and agencies.
• Proven track record building scalable teams and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Comfort using AI to improve analytics while maintaining integrity.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute APAC Measurement Solutions strategy across lower-funnel measurements and experiments.
• Partner with APAC Sales to translate priorities into measurement plays and plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional Measurement team.
• Build scalable operating mechanisms for prioritization, capacity planning, and knowledge sharing.
• Advance privacy-safe data collaboration with agencies, retailers, and data partners.
• Represent APAC in global forums; bring insights to the broader org.
• Strengthen regional thought leadership and clear measurement narratives for sellers.
