You will analyze ad performance data, iterate on creatives, and participate in client discussions to share insights. Experience leading a design team and a background in ad tech or mobile gaming are essential.
Qualifications
- 6+ years as Creative Designer or similar role.
- Experience managing a team is required.
- Background in ad tech or mobile gaming studio desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale creative production for APAC, ensuring delivery quality.
- Brainstorm and generate ideas for mobile creatives including videos, storyboards, motion graphics.
- Design animated, interactive, and playable ads maintaining consistent brand experience.
- Analyse performance data and iterate on creatives to improve results.
- Guide and develop the APAC design team from ideation to production and client presentations.
