Job summary

Adikteev is seeking a Creative Lead for APAC to scale our regional output. You will drive creative strategy, supervise production of mobile ads, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns while mentoring the APAC design team.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years as a Creative Designer or similar, with proven leadership in ad tech or mobile gaming, and strong skills in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing a design team.
• Background in ad tech or mobile gaming.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and production for APAC, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Analyze performance data and iterate on creatives to improve results.
• Manage the APAC design team, mentoring and guiding project work and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain creative guidelines, workflows, and best practices.
