Job summary

Happy Hour Games Pte Ltd seeks a Software Engineer (Playable Ads) to create engaging playable ads for mobile campaigns. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to translate game concepts into lightweight playable experiences and continuously iterate based on campaign performance.

You will prototype new mechanics, optimize performance and file size, and explore AI-assisted workflows to improve development speed across UA efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/CE or related field required.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience with Cocos Creator or similar game engines.
• Experience developing game mechanics, gameplay logic, or interactive experiences.
• Good understanding of animation, UI interactions, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and rapid prototyping ability.
• Passion for mobile games and puzzle games.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and iterate on playable advertising creatives for mobile games.
• Turn concepts and ideas into engaging interactive experiences, prototyping new mechanics and variations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve playable performance based on campaign results and A/B testing.
• Optimize playables for performance, loading speed, and file size across mobile platforms.
• Explore new tools and AI-assisted workflows to speed up playable development.
