Job summary

Landesbank Baden-Württemberg seeks a Head of Strategy Office Corporates Asia/Pacific to lead strategic coordination and APAC implementation for the Corporates business across the region. You will interface with the COO Corporates and Strategy Office International in Stuttgart and coordinate with senior stakeholders across APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, transformation, business development or a COO function in corporate banking, financial services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic coordination and APAC implementation of Projects and related follow-up initiatives, with dedicated focus on the Corporates business.
• Act as the primary interface between the COO Corporates / Strategy Office Corporates International in Stuttgart and Management and Corporates stakeholders across APAC.
• Translate group-wide strategic priorities, governance requirements and target operating model changes into regional delivery plans.
• Establish and manage programme governance, including milestones, workstreams, risks, dependencies, decision papers and senior-management reporting.
• Provide strategic advice and decision support to senior management on transformation, operating-model and growth-related topics.
• Coordinate and align relevant stakeholders across the Corporates business, e.g. Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
• Assess APAC-specific market specificities, regulatory requirements and local implementation implications.
• Drive alignment, communication and change adoption across relevant APAC locations and teams.
