Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to process Corporate Actions for the APAC region. You will ensure timely data entry for incomes and events, with a focus on Equity-Linked Notes (ELNs).

Responsibilities include gathering event information from depositories and paying agents, executing client instructions, and ensuring accurate settlements. You will liaise with counterparties and respond to client queries while minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing Corporate Actions, with attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with Equity-Linked Notes (ELNs) is a plus.
• Ability to respond to client inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process Corporate Actions income and events for the APAC region.
• Enter data accurately for incomes and corporate events.
• Handle ELN related actions and related settlements.
• Coordinate with depositories, issuers, and paying agents for event details.
• Execute client instructions and meet deadlines.
• Reconcile cash/securities settlements and resolve breaks promptly.
• Liaise with external counterparties for event clarification.
• Respond to client queries via email, phone and case systems.
• Maintain high service quality while mitigating operational risk.
• Support additional Corporate Actions tasks as required.
