Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a corporate actions support specialist to ensure accurate processing of depository and issuer instructions, and timely redemption payments.

You will verify information from depositories, liaise with external parties on reconciliation, and handle client queries across email, SAP cases, and phone, delivering prompt follow-up and reliable service. The ideal candidate has a related degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and can start immediately

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify information from depositories, issuers, and delivery/paying agents
• Process inbound and outbound instructions, including validation and repair of discrepancies
• Liaise with external parties to resolve reconciliation issues and clarify corporate action events
• Execute redemption payments accurately and within stipulated deadlines
• Investigate and resolve cash and securities breaks in a timely manner
• Manage client queries across email, SAP cases, and phone, ensuring prompt follow-up
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and service standards
• Provide support across all corporate actions-related activities
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
