Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process corporate action income and events for Singapore and Hong Kong. You will handle inbound/outbound instructions, liaise with custodians, and ensure accurate reconciliations.

The role requires a related degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice. You will collaborate with internal teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Processing of corporate actions income and events for Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Handling collection, validation and execution of inbound/outbound instructions.
• Liaising with custodians for clarifications.
• Preparing of disclosure letter.
• Contacting and liaising with internal units for reconciliation purposes or event purposes.
• Recommending of solutions to stakeholder.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
