Job summary

Nokia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior Core Network Delivery leader to drive end-to-end technical deliveries for the APAC region, with strong leadership across domain design, development, testing, migration and risk mitigation.

You will own the integrated technical plan, govern cross-domain dependencies, push automation, and ensure delivery readiness from presales to delivery, while engaging C-level stakeholders across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical leadership in complex delivery environments.
• Deep expertise in Core network products and end-to-end solution integration.
• Proven track record managing large cross-functional tech teams across multiple domains.
• Leadership toward automation-first mindsets; experience with Agile and digital transformation.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management including C-level engagement.
• Inclusive leadership, coaching, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and drive the Core technical integration strategy for the region.
• Manage cross-core domain dependencies and governance for end-to-end readiness.
• Own end-to-end core integration and test strategy; validate cross-domain milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement in serviceability, automation, and customer satisfaction.
