Job summary

DHL Express Singapore is seeking a seasoned Content Marketing Manager for the Asia Pacific excluding China (APeC) to lead regional content strategy, strengthen brand authority, and accelerate demand across the customer lifecycle.

The role blends thought leadership, SEO-driven content marketing, and digital performance optimisation, collaborating with Brand, Growth Marketing, and regional leaders to deliver measurable impact and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Editorial Content, and/or B2B Marketing.
• Proven track record of developing content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
• Strong expertise in SEO, GEO, AEO, website content optimisation, marketing automation, and social media content strategy.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with business-fluent English proficiency.
• Experience managing multilingual content localisation across APeC markets is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Asia Pacific excluding China (APeC) content strategy aligned with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Build annual and quarterly content roadmaps.
• Establish content priorities based on business needs, customer insights, SEO opportunity, and campaign requirements.
• Manage editorial calendars across multiple markets.
• Position DHL as a leading voice in international trade, Cross-border eCommerce, SME growth, and more.
