Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Manager, Development Safety to lead health, safety and risk across construction projects in Singapore & Malaysia. You will drive EHS best practices, mentor senior management and project staff, and ensure safe contracts and delivery.

The role requires leading safety culture, governance, and supplier safety frameworks while maintaining compliance. You will work closely with Safety, Design, Product Development, Operations and Development teams to implement safety

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a safety leadership role with operations and contractors experience.
• Experience designing and implementing safety management systems.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, risk management, and governance processes.
• Coaching ability to influence staff, management and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety in Design efforts within the region with stakeholders.
• Lead a team of EHS professionals and coach staff.
• Manage incident and near-miss processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement safety communications, policies and training.
