Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Manager, Development Safety to lead health, safety, and risk across construction projects in Singapore and Malaysia. You will collaborate with Safety, Design, Product Development, Operations, and Development teams to embed safety into execution and drive continuous improvement.

You will mentor senior management and project staff, oversee safety resource planning, and ensure contracts and supplier activity deliver safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a safety leadership role in high-hazard industries in APAC.
• Experience designing and implementing safety management systems.
• Knowledgeable in EHS, risk management strategies and processes.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Embed safety as a core value in project execution.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams to achieve safe outcomes.
• Ensure contracts are structured to deliver safe results.
• Champion safety culture with management, contractors and staff.
• Develop and manage WHS policies and reporting.
• Lead Safety in Design efforts in your region.
• Lead incident and near-miss management to drive continuous improvement.
