Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Head of APAC Compliance and APAC Asset Servicing CCO based in Singapore. You will lead the APAC compliance program, work with senior stakeholders, and ensure regulatory adherence across jurisdictions.

You will partner with BU CCOs to drive strategy, risk management, and governance within a global framework. The role requires deep APAC regulatory knowledge, senior leadership experience, and a proven ability to influence regulators and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD/MBA/CAMS or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CCEO and BU CCOs to develop and execute the APAC compliance strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end APAC compliance program and regulatory adherence.
• Lead regulatory exams, inquiries, and remediation activities for APAC.
• Build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed Compliance team.
