Job summary

Compliance - Global Investment Management Firm in Singapore seeks a Compliance Manager to support the regional framework, provide regulatory guidance to business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to MAS rules and internal policies across APAC.

The role covers advisory, monitoring, review of materials, regulatory filings, policy enhancement, AML/CFT, sanctions, conflicts of interest and training to foster a strong compliance culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of compliance experience in asset/investment management or financial services.
• Exposure to fund management, ETFs or institutional products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MAS regulations and Singapore requirements.
• Experience in advisory, monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and financial crime frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to business and investment teams.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, testing and surveillance activities.
• Review marketing materials and client communications.
• Support regulatory filings and interactions with regulators.
• Assist with policy, procedures and controls enhancements.
• Support AML/CFT, sanctions and conduct risk programmes.
• Deliver compliance training and promote a culture of compliance.
