Job summary

General Storage Company Pte Ltd is seeking a data‑driven analyst to support the CEO and senior management. You will identify commercially viable locations for new self-storage facilities across Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong, and build data‑driven business cases with demand, occupancy, pricing, capex and ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, financial modelling, data analytics, market research or business planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel to build financial models, dashboards, scenario analysis and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercially viable locations for new self-storage facilities across Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
• Conduct market, demographic, competitor, catchment and pricing analysis.
• Build data-driven business cases including demand, revenue, occupancy ramp-up, pricing strategy, capex, opex, and ROI.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for store investments including sensitivity analysis on rentals, occupancy, lease terms, and costs.
• Prepare commercial feasibility reports and investment recommendations for management.
• Monitor market trends and translate data into actionable recommendations for expansion and efficiency.
