Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to support APAC logistics, inventory and asset management operations. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, 3PLs, courier vendors and regional teams to drive operational improvements and ensure smooth fulfilment.

This is a 1-year contract. The analyst will monitor dashboards, manage end-to-end processes, and implement AI-aided efficiency gains across APAC regions, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in supply chain/logistics/fulfilment or asset management.
• Experience with AI for process improvement and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end APAC fulfilment including orders, backorders and SLA tracking.
• Monitor logistics and inventory dashboards; identify risks and coordinate resolution.
• Support asset and inventory management including cycle counts and stock locations.
• Coordinate with courier/3PL vendors; monitor performance and assist invoice validation.
• Support cross-border shipments and import/export documentation.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, SOPs, and trackers; conduct system audits.
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities to improve processes with Excel and AI automation.
• Support regional projects and site deployments.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
