Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Divisional Finance Officer to oversee financial management, planning, and analysis for the Property & Casualty unit in APAC.

You will partner with divisional leadership, drive budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights on pricing, underwriting, and reserving to improve profitability.

The role requires extensive experience in insurance finance, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and strong leadership to mentor the team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial management experience, preferably in insurance or P&C.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute FP&A strategies aligned to P&C APAC goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the division.
• Provide insights on pricing, underwriting, and reserving strategies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely statutory filings.
• Mentor and develop finance team.
