Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking an APAC Learning Delivery Manager (Underwriting) to empower underwriters through high-quality learning experiences.

You will facilitate engaging virtual training across regions and run in-person workshops in APAC when needed. You will partner with the APAC T&D team, business leaders, and SMEs to tailor content, measure impact with assessments, and drive continuous improvement in underwriting knowledge and practice.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in P&C Insurance Underwriting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and engaging presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical information.
• Collaborative team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual training sessions across regions and in-person workshops in APAC.
• Partner with APAC T&D team and stakeholders to align learning with regional goals.
• Prepare and deliver content, review materials, and measure understanding with assessments.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and HR to refine training materials.
• Track participation and outcomes using CTX or other Learning Solution Management systems.
