Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• APAC Capability Strategy and Deployment: Create and execute the APAC deployment roadmap for the portfolio.
• Facilitation Excellence Academy: Lead regional delivery and build facilitator networks.
• Coaching Excellence for People Leaders: Deploy coaching for commercial leaders regionally.
• Launch Excellence and Marketing Excellence: Drive regional curricula deployment and workshops.
• Emerging Leaders and Selected Commercial Capabilities: Coordinate leadership initiatives and Challenger/Capital Selling Skills integration.
• Senior Facilitation and Stakeholder Leadership: Engage leaders, translate capability needs, and influence cross-functionally.
• Adoption, Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor deployment measures and drive continuous improvement.
