Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate in APAC Global Client Service+ based in Singapore. You will own complex onboarding and service-readiness engagements to achieve transaction readiness through go-live and stabilization.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope solutions, coordinate testing, conduct due diligence, and manage a controlled transition into live processing. Strong ownership and outcomes focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client onboarding, implementation, client service or operations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to engage with China-based clients and partners.
• Ability to manage complex deliverables with sound judgment under time constraints.
• Strong governance, documentation and timeline management across concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple complex onboarding engagements, including regional and bespoke payment solutions.
• Own operational due diligence, production verification, go-live monitoring, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Partner with clients to clarify requirements, confirm success criteria, and provide clear status updates and next steps.
• Translate business and operational needs into actionable plans for cross-functional delivery teams.
• Identify risks, surface risks early, and translate requirements into practical actions that keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate across sales, product, client service, implementations, operations, and technology partners to align scope and execution.
• Build and maintain delivery governance, including milestones, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes tracking.
• Improve onboarding and readiness processes, templates, and working practices based on lessons learned.
